How do I get started
Good Morning ufgambia ,
Thank you for reaching out. I understand that navigating the Nonprofit Hub can be challenging, especially when you’re just getting started.
By default, the admin center requires you to enter credit card information for invoicing purposes. However, if you are interested in obtaining the Microsoft 365 Business Premium licenses, you need to ensure that the total amount is set to $0.
Please follow this step-by-step guide to claim the 10 free Microsoft 365 Business Premium licenses for nonprofits. Now that you have secured approval for the Nonprofit Granted Offerings, your next steps should be clearly outlined in the guide.
If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out.
Sincerely,
Brandon Antoine

Hi, I just want to activate some (15) Business Basic licences for our charity trustees and admin team. I can get through to billing but am being requested for a credit card. As a very small charity we do not have a credit card, nor would I want to enter a personal credit card. How do I proceed to activate the licences? The support tool doesn't seem to know how to answer the question and the support phone number doesn't work... thanks in advance for any help!

jcheang I am by no means a professional Microsoft administrator, but have been using it for several years. I have found that regardless of the plan, you still have to enter a credit card, even for the free plans. You will not be charged. You will receive monthly invoices, but the invoice total will be $0. Based on my experience, it is a good deal.
NOTE: My account got hacked a couple of months ago and there were several subscriptions taken out. However, I contacted Microsoft immediately, and they reversed the charges.
NOTE 2: Business Basic licenses are only for the online versions of Microsoft products. It doesn't include the desktop apps.
