Got approved as nonprofit - Hub link provided goes to error 403 page
Both hub link and the "contact us" link sent by microsoft in the email to invite me to microsoft for nonprofit got to errror 403 pages. anyone have advice?

The 403 message is a forbidden error on the server. This can occur if your IP is being barred from seeing the page. However, this should not be happening for a public site. Use the links below to sign up.
- Please try this link https://nonprofit.microsoft.com
- Then navigate to the far right of the page and click on the "More" dropdown.
- Select "Contact Us" or use https://nonprofit.microsoft.com/contactus
If you are still experiencing this issue, try using another browser or not using your work managed device.
