Can't Access Non Profit Portal - 920-123190
You will have to contact Microsoft's nonprofit support. You can contact the dedicated support team at https://nonprofit.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus. Please copy the error in the "How can we help?" search bar. You will not get a solution provided. However, you will need to fill out the form that populates.
- Provide your organization's information
- Next, in the *I am area, select "Current Nonprofit Customer."
- Then, In the What can we help you with? select "920 error."
- Click "submit."
You will be contacted by a support person who can assist you with next steps. It is recommended that you keep a close eye on the email and phone number that you have provided.
