Can't Access Non Profit Portal - 920-123190
You will have to contact Microsoft's nonprofit support. You can contact the dedicated support team at Contact Us (microsoft.com). Please copy the error in the "How can we help?" search bar. You will not get a solution provided. However, you will need to fill out the form that populates.
- Provide your organization's information
- Next, in the *I am area, select "Current Nonprofit Customer."
- Then, In the What can we help you with? select "920 error."
- Click "submit."
You will be contacted by a support person who can assist you with next steps. It is recommended that you keep a close eye on the email and phone number that you have provided.
