I have similar issue, which has started two weeks ago. I found out that the problem is related to an open .lock file only on one of the fslogix shares. If i clean the lock for that specific user then login works like a charm. As a fast workaround i just bring down the fslogix server hosting that share and then all the logins works. Afterwards as soon the mornings logon sturm is over then i start it again.
