FSLogix with O365 Container on RDS 2019 Server, some users Intermittently get "The information store

Can you share a bit more information about your setup? FSLogix version and if you are also using ADFS and or Duo, or other multifactor?
I am still speaking to Microsoft about it. They keep bouncing the ball between FSLogix support and O365 and are not really getting anywhere but they are at least looking at it.
Since moving all users to cached mode, the general issue is now simply that outlook has "need password", in the bottom right. Clicking it does nothing. We are still using the word sign in / sign out trick.
Is this workaround also working for you?

no, not really.
Microsoft have been passing me from support person to support person for the past few months, with no change in the issue.
We continue to use the workaround to get people to use outlook.
We have grabbed SARA logs, and even a fiddler capture of the communication from outlook, and they have not really provided anything usefull, which we found really frustrating.
Do let me know if you have any luck.

Apologies for the delay. We are on FSLogix 2105 (2.9.7838.44263)
For the Word workaround, Yes and No sometimes when we try signing out of Word and signing back in, the password prompt just never shows up then we have to move them to the web version of all the office programs except Teams.
And you know how some users can be when it's something different it's too hard.
