FSLOGIX profile issues

I have created a Citrix VDI using FSLOGIX as my profile container. Everything works as planned. The first time I log on the profile VHDX and Office VHDX get created and the desktop looks normal (see attached screenshot named normal). Then I log off and re-launch the VDI and the desktop changes to the next screenshot. It almost looks like a maximized Windows Explorer window. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Have you used the FSlogix Profile Status Tool to check your Profile is Loading - "C:\Program Files\FSLogix\Apps\frxtray.exe"
