FSLogix and OneDrive Sync App

Did you ever resolve this? One year later from this post and that MS article is still the same and there is no article for fslogix. We're hybrid joined non-persistent and OD will not log in seamlessly.
No I have not received any clarification to my initial post on why one part of their documentation says to exclude a registry and the other says they don't support excluding registry keys.
We are using FSLogix and OneDrive and so far so good, but I didn't do any special configuration (that I recall).
