FSLogix 2210 (2.9.8361.52326) bugs: black screen and log off issues

I am running Fslogix 2210 Hotifx 1 with Roam recycle bin / Install Appx packages / Disk compaction all disabled and get a black screen when users logging in via Citrix/RDP/Console after about 15 mins it eventually lets you in but you then get the same issue at log off it hangs on the sign out screen. Event logs i dont see anything apart from some DCOM/NTFS warnings

    Hi,

     please check, if you have all Windows Update.

    important .net framework.

    check your AV exception rule.

    what's happened, if you delete user profile and login ?

    which Version is Worker or TS?

    is Fslogix Profile Refs????

      Kaveh Shafaati.NET is installed and up to date with windows patches/ servers are Windows servers 2016 with Citrix VDA 2203 CU2 installed with (Multi user) AV exclusions are in place. The issue is an intermittent issue and does not impacting all servers we have had 3 servers out of 105 impacted (All servers boot off the same PVS Vdisk). Profile/office containers has been recreated without joy. The only errors i see in the in Fslogix profile log is "Failed to acquired check session lock for user jbloggs" I have cleanup invalid sessions enabled in the Fslogix registry settings. I see loads of NTFS errors in the event logs and windows explorer hangs (Green bar in my computer) all storage (Write cache disk is attached to VM) and no other VM's on the same host has the issue

        Are you running any sort of DLP on those VMs? We had a similar issue on 2201 HF2 but it ended up being our dlp software after we had upgraded it, it was intercepting the vhdx and causing the hold up. Logins would sit at a black screen for 15+ minutes and similar for logouts.
