I've confirmed that there's no AV (antivirus) in place. I've also managed to reproduce this issue in at least three different environments.

    We also experienced this error and issue. Extensive troubleshooting of the current version of FSLogix yielded no successful results, just the "Error copying profile (0x00000001): Incorrect function." Testing with older versions as suggested shows the command works on those.
