Getting your team onboard fo AI
Hello!
I come from a very small nonprofit which has not yet hopped fully on board to using AI. What has been some benefits you’ve seen in your organization which I could share with my team to get them to join in?

The biggest benefit for our team has been getting time back from repetitive work. Drafting donor communications and summarising meetings can now take minutes rather than hours. I think the easiest starting point is one simple, repetitive task. Showing the old and new workflows side by side can make the benefits far more convincing than a lengthy presentation.
