Data management - revolution

Traditional CRMs can sometimes feel rather rigid. From where I sit, the real opportunity is not necessarily to replace databases, but to use AI to identify useful connections and anticipate needs. Systems that adapt to the way people work may ultimately prove more helpful than those that require users to change their habits. The technology is still developing, so there is plenty of room to see where it leads.
