I agree. The bigger opportunity with AI is moving beyond simply storing records to actually interpreting them and surfacing what matters. Instead of staff digging through fields, notes, and activity logs, an AI-enabled CRM could identify patterns, summarize relationships, and recommend the next best action. The key will be making those insights reliable without sacrificing data quality or privacy.
