Why is "Focused Inbox" suddenly disappeared?

    I also have this issue....

     

    This AM....all outlooks had focused inbox

     

    desktop went first, then the online browser owa version has now reverted back to clutter no focused. How do I get focused back? was this changed by my company as an overall org setting?

    Can you tell me in private what's the number of the service request, if you have one, or the email address of the affected mailbox?
