Webex meeting Creation from Exchange Web services API

In our application, we are creating an appointment in outlook using Exchange web services API. Now as an add-on feature we are trying to finding ways to add webex meeting to outlook appointment. Any suggestions ? Is this possible to do directly using EWS API instead of hitting Webex meeting API.
