Since Monday (13th Nov 2023), we've been experiencing Outlook 2019 password prompts. We are running a hybrid environment with 6x Exchange 2013 servers, we haven't updated our Exchange servers recently and have raised an issue with Microsoft.
When we look at the Connection Status dialog, from the systray, we can see that some of the connections to shared mailboxes on Exchange 365 are showing disconnected. If we cancel the dialogue and send/receive, the issue resolves again for a period of time (hour or so).
Are you having no service at all with these users?
