User can not change password on OWA on mobile device

Hello people, I have been struggling with the option for changing password on mobile device on the OWA portal of my exchange server 2016.

The users are able to change the password on their account when they are using the desktop version but the option is not there when using mobile devices.. Can someone tell me how can i add the option for changing password on the mobile version.. It is essential thing someone to be able the change the password on a mobile device..
