Trouble with picture on multiple accounts

We (husband and wife) have separate email accounts on the same exchange and I have them both on my desktop outlook. When a message is sent from my computer (his email account), my outlook exchange picture shows up as his profile picture. Although, when you log in to his exchange account there is a different picture that shows up. This is only happening via the desktop.
