SMTP Settings
Good morning, I have a custom application that I want to send emails to users via Office 365 what are the default settings to use when using Microsoft 365

Maybe good for now, but not for long...
Microsoft: "Although SMTP AUTH is available now, we announced Exchange Online will permanently remove support for Basic authentication with Client Submission (SMTP AUTH) in September 2025. We strongly encourage customers to move away from using Basic authentication with SMTP AUTH as soon as possible.
