In such cases normally the deletion of OST Files helps
- Close Outlook
- Go to %LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Outlook
- Delete *.ost Files here
- Restart Outlook and wait for Synchronization
Or you can disable "Download shared folders" in the Advanced Settings on the Outlook Profile to work Online on the Shared Mailbox and not have the Data in the *.ost File (Outlook Cache).
Sometimes a user has several big Shared Mailboxes attached and this increases the *.ost size so the Syncronization does not work properly.
