Shared Mailbox - Issue with FROM and SIGNATURES

- Feb 09, 2024The analog experience of opening the shared mailbox in another tab is to configure is additional account in Outlook, via the File > Add account menu. You must have Full access permissions on the shared mailbox, and you must enter your own credentials when prompted. Other than that, the process is the same as adding any other account, and the benefit is that it will expose all the "regular" features you can use with such in Outlook, such as being able to configure signatures, rules, OOO, auto-populate the reply address and so on.
