You can only set one Workhours per Mailbox
Get-MailboxCalendarConfiguration -Identity email address removed for privacy reasons

Andres- Thanks, but the question was if the WHL feature, which has predefined locations "office" and "remote" can have more than those two locations, i.e. "office NY" "office DC" and "remote".
