For an issue that prevents people from effectively reporting something as serious as malicious emails that have managed to get around an organisations security systems, this is not even an acceptable workaround, never mind a resolution.
Absolutely true.
But reported mails are also not hard deleted from mailbox. When they get reported from shared mailbox, they should also be hard deleted.
