Report message add-in and Shared Mailboxes

MicrosoftOutlook classic is being deprecated in favor of outlook new or outlook monarch which already has support for share and delegate mailbox.
Outlook New is much slower on older hardware and has incomplete support for key features (offline mode, PST, public folders etc). The inbuilt report button is not available across all clients supporting shared and delegate - it is not available on Outlook Classic.
