As per my observations, sporadic unpredicted issues getting reported post upgrade to Nov24 SU.
It is to be on the safe side to go for (n-1) SU patch level for Exchange 2016 servers, until the next SU patch gets released.
Note: Resolving the ongoing implications does not guarantee to initiate other unprecedented issue.
