PowerShell script for generating DL and SharePoint Site report

Hi Team,

I am looking for PowerShell scripts to generate list of Distribution Lists that are created in OnPrem Exchange server and users associated with each Distribution list.

Also a PowerShell script to generate list of all the SharePoint Sites created and list of users associated with each SharePoint Site.
