OWA weird characters

Hi folks,

i have a really spooky issue after patching the Exchange 2016 Server to CU 19

When my colleagues in hungary open OWA, there are weird characters in menu bar (see annex)

Funnily enough, when i open OWA in Austria, all looks good.

Hope you can give me a hint to solve the issue
