OWA doesn't work if one Exch goes off - DAG config

Hello,

We are facing an issue with exchange servers, both exchange servers are configured in DAG.

We have made some troubleshooting and from the DAG configuration everything looks fine, but when one of the servers goes offline the users can't open OWA.

PS: Exchange Server 2016.

Any suggestion, please!
