I've update Outlook to build 16.0.15928.20196 and now the search works fine. I think the issue is fixed now.

Thanks VezFigo ,

I've now setup to use the current channel instead of the monthly enterprise channel for the updates.

Now I've updated to the Version 2212 Build 16.0.15928.20196, and you are right, the search is working fine again.
