hi, if all clients are on cache mode, you may try to rebuild the index for those clients. Meanwhile, does the issue happen to all clients when you search anything?

Thank you for the quick response. Yes, this issue happens for all clients and I've already tried to rebuild the index. I think this issue is about the 15831.20190 and later versions because it doesn't happen with the build 15726.20202.
The strange thing is that this problem occurs even when Outlook is offline.
