Outlook question - re Exchange Online (Plan 1) mailbox
Hi brains-trust community! Question for you - a shared mailbox won't work for our business as I need all 'sent' items to be from the email address that belongs to the shared mailbox and my unders...
Give anyone that uses that shared mailbox send as permissions. Add that mailbox ot Outlook as a new account in stead of additional mailbox and authenticate with the user's credentials. Select the shared mailbox and compose a new message, it will be sent from that mailbox and even be stored in the sent items folder from the shared mailbox.
