Hi, repeated Outlook credential prompts usually point to Autodiscover, virtual directory URLs, authentication methods, or certificate mismatch. Compare internal and external URLs across Exchange virtual directories and confirm the certificate name matches what Outlook is using. Also check whether Modern Auth settings match your Outlook 2024 LTSC/on-prem Exchange SE setup.
