On prem EAC shows in text only on Exchange 2016 after CU20 and KB5001779 install
Last night I upgraded my Exchange 2016 server from CU18 to CU20 and installed KB5001779. Now I am no longer able to load EAC properly. It just shows text like below. None of the links are clickabl...
I got same issue. Spent a day trying to figure out unsuccessfully. Did you ever find a solution?
sergemtn Microsoft support had me do the below which fixed the issue. Both of the scripts are in the BIN folder of the Exchange install directory.
Ran updatecas.ps1 & updateconfig.ps1 script
Ran iisreset
