office online server issue with exchange server :

Hi , 

i have two site exchange server 2019 CU14 in windows server 2022 , we installed also in each site two winsows server 2022 for office online server , we have installed in each VM office online server 2016 and the lastes KB for office online server , we have created farm office online server with certificat wild card pfx (no problem in certificat), i create 2farm with succes (one farm in each site with defferent URL), i have also add second machine VM OSS in the farm and i have tested with succes no problem with the url in navigator edge : https://url/hosting/discovery it's work with file xml in each site  , but the service online office service is stooped and i can't start in all VM , and when i run (Get-OfficeWebAppsFarm).Machines the status is unhealthy for all VM , i have configure exchange server server by server with the URL wacdisoveryendpoint and i restart owa pool , bur nto preveiw file word or excel in OWA , i have Repair-OfficeWebAppsFarm and remove farm OOS and unninstall and install OOS , and now i can't create new farm with error : service not started (error when i start the service :The Office Online service on Local Computer started and then stopped.  Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs)
