No subject warning, but there is a subject
The best solution is to disable the faulty "no subject" warning via the registry by setting PromptForNoSubject to 0 under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Options\Mail, which prevents Outlook from showing the incorrect prompt. This workaround is safe and effective, especially since the issue is a known false positive in Outlook 365 desktop that doesn't affect mail delivery. Additionally, ensure Office is fully updated, test without add-ins using safe mode, and consider recreating the Outlook profile if the issue persists.

Hello MrCharlesJenkins
Thanks for your reply. Disabling the 'no subject' warning is not really a solution for the problem. Although the user has given a subject, Outlook don't sees this subject. When I review the logs in Exchange Online, I see that the mail is send without subject.
Kind regards,
Arjan
