Need help with troubleshooting connection to receive connector
Hi Folks, It's been over 20 years since I've really had to dive into the depths of exchange, and sad to say, I have forgotten most of what I knew. Please bear with me as I fumble through this... ...
Permission is, exchange users. you should authenticate to use that connector, did you provide credential in QB? If not, tick Anonymous User as well. Since verbose logging is enabled, you can dig deeper into the log which resides on %exchangeinstallpath%\TransportRoles\Logs\FrontEnd\ProtocolLog\SmtpReceive

I did provide credentials in QB, yet it just keeps asking for the password repeatedly.. Sorry, should have added that in the original post.
