MSExchange Mitigation Service : Event ID 1008

Hello, I have multiple on premise Exchange 2016 / 2019 and since jan. 28 I have been receiving these error events from pretty much all servers , I wonder if it's a Microsoft problem or not  ---...

Francois_paradis Got that to. Seems like some services at Microsoft are not reachable, altough I changed nothing. Started for me the 25th.

    seems like it stopped at about 16:00 on jan 27 on my side , didnt receive those errors after this from any server , Microsoft either fixed it or my servers just gave up !
