Message Trace - Which Client Rule

Currently in a message trace, it sometimes will tell you if the message was moved to a folder due to a rule. I say sometimes as it does not seem to be consistent.  Anyways, is there a way to determine the name of the rule, so when relaying the information to the end user, we can just say, you have [this rule] that is causing the message to be delivered to [this folder] ?
