Mail/PoicyTip based on Message Content?
Is it possible to create a Mail or Policy Tip that appears in Outlook/Outlook Anywhere that indicates a message contains a link? This would be used to inform the user to be careful with opening the link. I'm aware of Safe Links but that doesn't achieve the desired effect.
Right now I'm using a mail rule to prefix the message with a warning, but it obscures the message preview in Outlook.
Nope. Mail tips don't scan message content. The closest you can get to this are the DLP policy tips, but they have a totally different usage scenario.
