Mail flow issue exchange 2016
Email is backing up in the Exchange Submission Queue and the following errors are displayed in Queue Viewer:
432 4.3.2 STOREDRV.Deliver; mailbox database thread limit exceeded"
mail flow is stopped and added below values still same issue.
any suggestion....

- Generally this is caused when the Exchange server is trying to process too many messages at once
