it is possible to use Exchange EWS to send an email via API and authenticate with Oauth
It is possible to use the Exchange EWS API to be able to send an email, but the authentication is with Ouath, since I have only achieved it with Exchange Online and I cannot do it with Exchange On-Premises

Oauth authentication is only supported by Exchange 2019 CU13.
