Are these mailboxes in Exchange Online you get through GoDaddy? Generally shared mailboxes in Exchange Online don't require a license...so maybe investigate converting them the shared. Otherwise you can export them to PST (you'd need to do this via Outlook client) and store the PSTs somewhere.
