Hi,
Download and run the latest HCW
Open Exchange Admin Center (EAC)
Go to Hybrid
Click Configure
– or download directly from Microsoft:
This will download a fresh HCW version and rebuild the missing manifest.
Additional Checks
- Run HCW as Administrator
- Ensure .NET Framework 4.8 is installed
- Verify TLS 1.2 is enabled
- Disable antivirus temporarily (some AV products block ClickOnce)
