How to know how many time the database moved between servers

Hi

I am doing some test and playing around in exchange DB, but I notice that if I move the DB for more than 4 time in 1 hour, the move request will fail and exchange return an error 

WARNING: An Active Manager operation failed. Error: The database action failed. Error: Move for database 'Test DB' was suppressed because too many moves have happened recently. 4 moves have happened within 01:00:00.

I know i can use the SkipMoveSuppressionChecks and other skip parameter to force the DB to move, but here is the question

Is there any powershell cmdlet to get the number of time the DB move within 1 hour?
