How can search account in multiple language ?

Hi all,

As mentioned on the subject, in fact, my inquiry has two parts. My first question is how can I find out accounts in outlook in multiple languages including English and Arabic?

In the second part, I would like to know if I select any account how can I make it not shown in the drop list again in the same e-mail to avoid repeating the same account again?
