hierarchical address books in New Outlook
Hello,
I made a hierarchical address books on Exchange Online, but I can't see it in the new Outlook.
I can see it well in the legacy outlook.
I think the new Outlook is based on Web Outlook, so it seems to be happening.
because hierarchical organizational charts are not supported by Web Outlook.
Do you know anything about future support or alternative measures for this?
Thank you.
Best regard.
Hi tedd_yeom,
Currently, the new Outlook, features are still being added.I will advice you give feedback to Microsoft based on these issues you're facing. In Outlook - Help- Feedback - Report a problem - Describe the problem in the box and submit it.
This will make them aware of issues users are experiencing.
If you find this information helpful, please mark it as best response which will assist others with the same question.
