Gmail keeps Clipping my Emails

I know from troubleshooting that Gmail clips my emails whenever i use Characters like ä, ö, ü which are necessary in German. This problem only occurs when i send emails from Outlook. When i use gmail to send my mails this problem doesn't occur. How do i fix this?
