Forwarding Email as an Attachment

Question

I have a former-employee's email forwarding to another employee. Is there a way, on the backend, to have those emails forwarded as an attachment? I know it can be done when logged into Outlook as the former employee, but I'm looking to avoid doing that.

Hi&nbsp;rosenbloomsnka,&nbsp;did you try to use a transport rule with "generate incident report" action?Do not forget to mark "original mail"&nbsp; in "Include message properties".
