Facing an issue while forwarding the Email to Salesforce Email Services

I am trying to forward an email from Outlook to a Salesforce Email address. It works fine when forwarding to an personal email address, but it does not seem to be work when forward to Salesforce. I am using redirect rules to forward the email.

 

Below is the Salesforce email for reference:

    Is that internal email (i.e. from colleagues) of external mail you receive from the Internet? My first thought is that Salesforce is dropping the message due to SPF and DKIM failures.
    Can you forward to a personal Gmail mailbox? If that works check the header information in Gmail to see if that reveals any information.
