External forward to specific domain

Hi

I have 2 domain abc.com and xyz.com
Both disable the automatic forwarding feature.
But I need automatic forwarding between these two domains

Is there a way to set it?

Thanks

    I use Exchange online

I can forwarding the email if Automatic forwarding is on

For company policy I set it to Automatic - System-controlled and the email will not be forwarded

But these two domains require forwarding functionality, what should I do?

System controlled for automatic forwarding setting in the outbound anti-spam threat policy is to block. The best option is to create a new policy assigned to those users that need to auto-forward email externally and configure that setting to allowed (all other settings should match the default or existing threat policy these users get).

Please be aware that the reason auto-forwarding is blocked by default is because it's one of the first things malicious actors do when they compromise a mailbox, so I wouldn't recommend allowing this for everyone. If users do this it also means corporate (possibly sensitive) data leaves the organisation and cannot be controlled/managed.

Is this Exchange Online? Can you provide some specifics on what is being auto-forwarded and how you are doing this and where they are going to.

Auto-forwarding to external recipients is disabled by default in the Anti-spam outbound threat protection policy(s) in EOP, so you'll need to enable it for the appropriate users.
