Exchange Server, Service Pack and Rollup for current Outlook for MacOS

Having an issue with integration with Apple Mail. It's almost certainly an Apple issue and we are pursuing a ticket with Apple. The engineers have asked for the Exchange Server, Service Pack and Rollup numbers that apply to the version of Outlook I'm currently using (as part of my 365 account and updated). Help documents don't provide information how to get this data.

    1. Check the software version
Outlook for Mac needs to be updated to the latest version (16.77+)
Exchange Server needs to be 2019 CU13+/2016 CU23+
    2. Test re-adding the account
Open Outlook → Preferences → Accounts
    Delete the existing Exchange account
    Re-add it (select Exchange/ Office365)
    3 Configure the server manually
Fill in "Manual Configuration" when selecting:
    Server: outlook.office365.com
    Username: Full Email (如user@company.com)
    4. Administrator needs to check
to make sure that Exchange is enabled for Modern Authentication (OAuth 2.0)
Run the latest patch for Exchange ( CU update)
    5. Directly use the web version
    Visit: https://outlook.office.com
    6. Switch to Mac's own mail client
    Add account select Exchange/Office365
